This notice supplements our Privacy policy and applies when you browse careers listings, create an account to apply, submit an application, participate in interviews, respond to information requests, or receive offers through this website.
1. Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you enter on the application form (name, email, optional phone).
- CV / resume file (PDF or Word, size-limited) and optional cover letter text.
- Account identifier linking your application to your signed-in user profile.
- Recruitment workflow data: application status history visible to you, staff-only internal notes (not shown on your applicant timeline), interview scheduling details, responses to information requests, and offer terms you receive through the portal.
- Offer letter files when issued for download through the applicant portal.
2. Purposes
- Assess your suitability for the role and conduct recruitment steps you participate in.
- Communicate with you about status, interviews, requests for information, and offers.
- Maintain records for compliance, quality, and dispute resolution where applicable.
- Send email notifications (for example application received) when mail is configured.
- Notify an internal recruitment mailbox if configured by operators.
3. Who can access your data
- You — your applications, visible status updates, CV download, and offer materials when your application status allows.
- Authorized recruitment administrators — staff roles permitted to manage vacancies and applications (typically Super Admin and Admin).
- Service providers — hosting, email, and file storage providers that operate the infrastructure described in the Privacy policy.
Internal recruiter notes are not displayed on your applicant-facing pages.
4. Storage and security
CVs and offer letters are stored on a non-public application disk (private storage by default). Download paths are validated to prevent directory traversal. Do not upload passwords or unrelated sensitive data in CVs.
5. Retention
We retain application materials for as long as needed for recruitment decisions, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. The site does not automatically delete CV files on withdrawal or account deletion today; retention schedules require management approval. See Your privacy rights for deletion requests.
6. Automated decision-making
Hiring decisions are not made solely by automated processing on this platform. Status changes and communications involve human review.
7. Your choices
- You may withdraw an application in early statuses through the applicant portal where available.
- You may update account profile fields; application snapshots may retain what you submitted at apply time.
- You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to applicable law—see Your privacy rights.
8. Contact
Contact form (category “Privacy request”) for applicant data questions.
