Worker crypto payout terms

Informational terms for eligible workers using the payout request workflow—not customer payments.

Website operator: 2100 Solutions Consulting (public-facing name for this site).

Location (marketing): Our practice is described publicly as based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This is not a substitute for a registered business address on formal notices.

For privacy-specific requests, use the contact form with category Privacy request, or see Privacy & complaints contact.

These terms describe how the worker crypto payout request feature works on this website. They supplement the Website terms of use and Privacy policy. They are not tax, payroll, or legal advice.

1. Who may use this feature

Only users with an approved worker account may access the worker payout area and submit requests. Customer portal accounts and public visitors cannot use this workflow for payments to or from the company through this tool.

2. What this workflow is—and is not

  • Is: A way for eligible workers to submit payout instructions for staff review, using supported digital assets configured by administrators.
  • Is not: Customer checkout, invoice payment, or an automated blockchain payment processor on the site.
  • Is not: A guarantee that any request will be approved or paid.

3. Request and review process

When you submit a request, it receives a reference number and enters a status workflow (for example submitted, under review, approved, processing, paid, rejected, or cancelled). Authorized administrators may approve, reject, or update status and record payment details.

You may cancel a request in submitted status where the application allows. Status changes may trigger email or in-app notifications when mail is configured.

4. Wallets and validation

  • You may store a default receiving wallet on your profile (encrypted at rest) and provide a wallet on each request.
  • The site performs format validation for the selected network. Validation does not prove you own or control the wallet.
  • Never enter a private key or seed phrase. Legitimate requests only need a public receiving address.
  • Sending assets on an unsupported network may cause loss of funds; follow instructions communicated by staff for approved payouts.

5. Payment evidence

When a payout is marked paid, staff may record transaction hash, amounts, asset, network, timestamps, and related notes. This evidence is entered manually—it is not generated by automatic on-chain verification integrated into this website. You should verify receipts through your own wallet records and any documentation we provide outside the site.

6. No guaranteed timing, rates, or fees

We do not publish guaranteed payout dates, exchange rates, network fees, or tax treatment on this page. Indicative market prices on the public crypto information page are not payout quotes. Settlement details are confirmed through your employment or contractor relationship and staff communication.

7. Data and retention

Payout and wallet data is processed as described in the Privacy policy. Records may be retained for payroll, tax, audit, and dispute purposes.

8. Changes and contact

We may modify supported assets, workflows, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page’s version date.
