Your privacy rights
Access, correction, deletion, and complaints — how to reach us and what the site supports today.
This page describes practical steps on 2100solutions.com. It does not replace legal advice. Rights available to you depend on applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction. For a short contact summary, see Privacy & complaints contact.
1. Access and correction
- Account profile — signed-in users can update name, email, and phone under Profile.
- Business profile — approved customers can update business details where the profile form is available.
- Portal records — you can view your sourcing requests, quotations, orders, and job applications tied to your account.
- Other data — for enquiries submitted before an account existed, or copies of recruitment files, contact us with enough detail to locate your record (reference numbers help).
2. Deletion
- Delete account — you may delete your user account from Profile after confirming your password. This removes your user record from our database.
- Limitations — deletion may not remove all related records immediately. Examples: commercial quotations/orders may be retained for business and legal purposes; recruitment applications may remain if tied to compliance needs; CV and offer letter files on disk may not be automatically erased when an account is deleted; backup systems operated by hosting providers may retain copies for a period we do not control.
- We do not promise instantaneous erasure from all backups or logs.
3. Recruitment applicants
See the Recruitment & applicant privacy notice. Withdrawal stops active processing in early stages but may not delete stored CVs without a separate request.
4. Worker payout data
Eligible workers can update stored payout wallet details in the worker payout area. Submitted payout requests and audit history may be retained for payroll, tax, and anti-fraud records. Contact us for questions about worker data.
5. Portability and restriction
The site does not offer a one-click data export. You may request a copy of personal data we hold about you by contacting us; we will respond as required by applicable law once identity is verified.
6. How to submit a request
- Use the contact form with category Privacy request, or email us if a business contact address is published below.
- Describe your request (access, correction, deletion, objection, etc.) and provide information to verify your identity.
- Include reference numbers (for example enquiry, application, or payout references) when you have them.
7. Complaints
If you believe we have handled your personal data improperly, contact us first using the details above so we can investigate. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection or consumer protection authority. Applicable supervisory authorities depend on your jurisdiction and our activities—contact us if you need guidance on where to raise a concern.
8. Retention overview
We retain data according to the criteria in our Privacy policy. Retention reflects the purpose of processing, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs such as dispute resolution.
